CRE8TIVE MOJO GOES TO STK ROOFTOP BAR NYC

STK is located in the Meatpacking district! It is a small, intimate place with great views of NYC skyline. I fell in love with this place! It has a tiny dance floor where you can rock out to the amazing DJ! The crowd is actually 30's & 40's, which was refreshing. It's a great place to bring 2 or 3 of your friends for a drink. You really can't bring your whole crew here---it's just way too small. Great Night Cap place! It is very bright in there so you can actually see the person you are talking to---which is great! I felt this place was perfect for me. It wasn't crowded, the DJ was amazing!! I WOULD NOT BRING A DATE HERE! The tables are a little too close to each other, no privacy! You end up doing more people watching than eating and conversation.

I went there for an Indian Mixer--American Indian Foundation- for their final event of the fiscal year! All ticket proceeds went to the Maternal and Newborn Survival Initiative (MANSI), a program developed by AIF over the past 6 years to improve maternal and newborn mortality rates. It was a great cause! The party was hosted in a room downstairs, which was awesome. The rooftop couldn't accommodate all those people at the party so they had to bring us downstairs.

After networking, my friend and I ended up back at the rooftop to mingle with people outside of the event. We got our drinks. I ordered an apple martini---IT WAS NICE & STRONG! The place closed out early though--around 10:30 for the night during the weekdays--- we went on a thurs night! WHICH honestly, I loved. This place is always a 10-15 mins walk away from the Christopher St. Path Station.
