CRE8TIVE MOJO ADOPTS A CAT (Bowie/Sanju)

Ever since I moved out again, I wanted to adopt a cat. I tried before and it seemed to not work out. Finally, I went to the Humane Soceity in jersey city to adopt. They open at 2pm, so I waited in my car till then. Once I came in, I had to fill out a form. After the paper work was sorted out, I was told to go upstaits and see if I vibe with any cats.

I walked around...There we all very adorable cats. THEN, i turned the corner, and my eyes met his eyes. We vibed. They told me he was a very shy and scared adult cat (8 yrs) that was rescued from a hording situation. His previous owner had 20 cats in a studio or one bedroom apt. They opened his cat carrier so I could pet him. He was so affectionate and loved to be petted after a little hesitation. I spent 20 mins with him in a play date. He was shivering from fear, I kept petting him and he relaxed. So in love, I decided to adopt.

Since, I didn't have a cat carrier and the necessary items yet, It took me a day to come back to adopt. When I finally came back for him, the very friendy people that work there, had been so happy that I came back for him. I was so excited.

It's been less than week so far and I find him hiding in so many different places in my apt. It's super cute. He eats everything I put out--so that great! My mom nicknamed him Sanju and I named him BOWIE.
