I have been working out consistently for 4 weeks now. Going to the gym 3/4 times a week has changed my perspective on life. The harder you work on yourself to become better--the better things get for you. My goal is to lose 25 lbs by valentines day 2017. Each year I hope that I find a boyfriend by this ridiculous holiday, only to be single for the past years. This year I will not search my heart out--- I am letting go and working on me for awhile.

Normally, Mondays are my chill days...I do workout but I don't push it. Today was a different story. I went to the workout class by this hardcore instructor. I knew I was getting myself into trouble, but I said whatever. An hour and half later, I couldnt feel my body. I had to LYFT it to work.

I pushed ME! It felt so fucking amazing! The sweat running down your body, heart is pounding, want to stop, but you can't because the music, instructor and class is in the zone. The zone gets you to the next level.

Stay in the zone.
