cre8tive mojo is an attention seeking whore!

IN this world, we all seek attention--daily, but what makes you an attention seeking whore like me? You don't know the STOP button. People don't pick up your calls, because it is YOU- Attention-Seeking-Whore again. I didn't come to this realization till recently, because I had a situation where I went to go visit one of my friends who works local to my apt; talk shit then go home.

In this particular meeting, he told me he couldn't take it anymore--my crazy stories, goals and drama. HE couldn't take ME anymore. IT upset me, because I am an attention seeking whore. I went home and got emotional...It triggered me. Is this who I am? Attention Seeking Whore, or is this what I have become?

Have I lost the ability to just BE ME without craving the attention?

Even though I never share anything really personal to anyone from my life. I realized a couple things about myself that I really need to change---We all want to be the PINK sand in the picture. HUH? yea- we all want to just be there, present, without seeking attention. When we seek attention, or when I seek attention, I don't allow the other person the opportunity to connect. It's the difference between, chasing and attracting. This pink sand attracts attention. It's knowing the difference between wanting to have a friend or wanting to have an audience. I rather make friends.

That is what I strive to become now: Pink Sand.
