Let me tell you-- IT will be a dream come true, once I lose these extra 25 lbs. Yesterday I went to a killer workout class. The instructor had ABSOLUTLY no mercy on us. I go to Lucille Roberts in Jersey CIty Heights. It's an all Girls Gym, with mixed ethnicity, different age groups and different body types. I love it!
I usually take the 10:15 classes mondays and weds. The best toning MOVES EVER! Since I have my cat, Sanju, I have been getting up earlier, because he jumps on me a couple of times in the morning. I have become a morning person---Right now it is 6am. Anyways, it has helped me to join these classes which has helped to mold my body. So far what has worked to keep me consistent is
1. commit to working out 2-3 times a week! Then push it to 4-5 times.
2. I replace breakfast and mid lunch snack with BOOST chocolate shake
3. stop weighing myself.
4. got new sports bra!
