It's my second week working out! I am a DORK so I created a STAR rewards system for motivation. I bought 3 color stars glitter stickys! They come in small, medium and large. So if i work out 1-4 times a week I get a Blue star! Working out 5 times earns me a red star and 6 times earns me a gold star. So if I Diet 3 days out of the week, I get a small star, 4-5 times earns me a medium star and 6-7 days gets me a large star. The ultimate goal is to get a LARGE GOLD STAR! That means I worked out 6-7 times a week and I eat right 6-7 times as well.
I created this star system, because I tend to get discouraged easily if I don't achieve my goal weight right away! This time around, I wanted to reward myself weekly with stars so I keep up the motivation and don't get discouraged.
So far, It is going good. I realized that I feel so LESS stressed out after working out. Things just don't bother me that much. My goal is to be READY for summertime fun!
