CRE8TIVE MOJO TOP 10 TIPS ON BECOMING A MORNING PERSON

I am NOT a morning person .........so when I write this post, I am being as HONEST AF as ever. So what changed? I had an early appointment one day I had to get to, so I deliberately went to sleep at 10pm. When I woke up around 6am. I was shocked....I was well rested and ENERGIZED. Something I am not use to feeling when I crawl out of bed at 10:30/11am. I feel SLUGGISH then I end up ubering it to work and rush, rush rush.
anyways, I decided to walk to work and it was about 8am. I felt the quietness in the air.........the RUSH feeling was gone and I HAD a moment where I confessed that IF I COULD ONLY BECOME A MORNING PERSON........I WOULD LOVE WALKING AND WAKING UP GETTING SHIT DONE BEFORE EVERYONE WOKE UP!
LIke some kind of EDGE on life....
my workouts would be done, my meals would be prepped, and my chai would be made!
It would be heavenly order to my random schedule and sometimes RUSH and leave life.
This followed by me quitting alcohol, so NATURALLY i wasn't out till late night getting twisted.
SO here are my tips:
DON'T lie to yourself...to wake up early, you must go to sleep early. GET INTO BED BY 10PM.
TURN OFF YOUR CELLPHONE OR PUT IT ON CHARGE ACROSS YOUR ROOM.
HAVE an actual alarm clock as well that plays your fav radio station.
SET THE ALARM for a time you feel you can make
WRITE A to do list for your AM morning time.
GO TO SLEEEEEEP.........YES SLEEP
WAKE UP
PUT YOUR WORKOUT CLOTHS ON
KILL IT OUTSIDE OR AT GYM
TAKE A NICE SHOWER WHEN YOU COME HOME.....
