Leveling up means letting go of thoughts, habits and situations that no longer serve you. It has been a minute since I took inventory.

This summer was hell, it taught me something. It made me realize I could no longer run from myself. I have A LOT of work to do on me right now, and no time to lie to myself about it. Leveling up is hard. It hard admitting that, but it’s necessary to grow.
